These terms cover the website only. Tenancies, licences, support agreements and landlord management agreements are governed by their own separate documents, which take precedence.

Room listings on this site are provided for information and are not an offer of accommodation. Availability, rent and the details shown can change without notice, and a listing remaining visible does not guarantee the room is still free.
Photographs may show a representative room in the same property rather than the exact room advertised. Exact addresses are shared once an enquiry has been discussed.
No placement is made until it has been assessed, agreed and confirmed in writing by us.
